Released a year after Johnnie To’s critically-acclaimed and financially-successful All About Ah Long, The Story of My Son offers the same father-and-son theme that also tells a struggling father (Damian Lau) trying to raise his (two) sons (Wong Kwan-Yuen’s Lee Wing-Kin and Cheng Pak-Lam’s Lee Wing-Hong).
